This Friday and Saturday, August 8 and 9, come to the 10th annual Wags & Purrs Adopt-a-thon and help the Dumb Friends League find homes for the hundreds of animals that come into its shelters during the summer months. They will be extending their hours from 9am-9pm on both days at the Dumb Friends League Shelter (2080 S. Quebec Street in Denver) and at the Buddy Center (4556 Castleton Court in Castle Rock). Come out to the Glendale Farm Open Space (i-25 and Surrey Ridge, Exit 190) from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm on Saturday September 20th, 2008 for the 4th annual Wag 'n Trail, a 1.6 mile hike for you and your dog. Proceeds benefit the Dumb Friends League's Buddy Center in Castle Rock.
