This Friday and Saturday, August 8 and 9, come to the 10th annual Wags & Purrs Adopt-a-thon and help the Dumb Friends League find homes for the hundreds of animals that come into its shelters during the summer months. They will be extending their hours from 9am-9pm on both days at the Dumb Friends League Shelter (2080 S. Quebec Street in Denver) and at the Buddy Center (4556 Castleton Court in Castle Rock).
