Furthermore, end-of-month statistics are sent out on the first day of the following month.

Custom Advertising Solutions Available:

Pop-Ups: Pop-up ads or popups are a form of online advertising on the World Wide Web intended to attract web traffic. Advertisers may choose to have a pop-up of their ad appear on virtually any page on ONLYforPETLOVERS.com.

Opt-in Mailing: Advertising in our opt-in mailing list will allow your business to market and expose your new and future products to subscribers. Members on our subscription list have specifically requested and signed up to receive our newsletter and may cancel their subscription at any given time. We do not release any email addresses of our members to advertisers, instead your ad is included in our bulk mailing system hosted by iContact. iContact has whitelist agreements with major ISPs, and a third-party company, Pivotal Veracity, scores their email deliverability rates between 98%-99%.

Video Ads: ONLYforPETLOVERS allows advertisers to display ads within videos on our Videos page. These ads appear before the requested video is streamed to the user. There are two types of advertising solutions for videos: Image ads and video ads.

Rules:

Ad Placement Time: Ads will be placed on our site within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Advertisers will be notified (7) days before an advertisement is due to expire.

Ad Confirmation: Once the ad is published on our website we will send an automatic email confirmation to the advertiser confirming the advertisement campaign start- and finish date. The advertiser will also receive his/her login details for our advertising control panel for advertisers to track the performance of their ad (number of impressions and clicks).

Ad Location: Location of ad(s) will be pre-determined based on the advertising option selected unless arranged differently before beginning of the ad campaign.

Ad Approval: ONLYforPETLOVERS accepts both pet- and non-pet related ads. At our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse any ad.

Cancellation: Ads must be cancelled within the first (3) days of appearing on our site. We deduct a 30% cancellation fee of the amount paid to ONLYforPETLOVERS on the event of an ad cancellation within these (3) days. After the (3) day grace period has passed all sales are considered final and no refund will be issued. Advertisers may only change their ad during their campaign period as predetermined by the advertising option selected. Advertisers may choose to un-publish or pause an ad at any time but the advertiser will not be reimbursed for the time the ad doesn’t appear on our site.

Additional Note: Advertisers may not see their ad every time a particular page loads. How often an ad appears will depend on the advertisement solution selected and the number of advertisers that fall under that category. If an advertiser is not pleased with the placement of their ad he/she must contact us within the (3) days grace period to discuss the different options available. We will gladly work with advertisers to maximize their exposure and make sure that all involved parties are satisfied with the ad placement.

The terms and conditions of this agreement may be altered by ONLYforPETLOVERS at its sole discretion.
